50% deposit may be asked for tour bookings.
If you cancel within 2-3 weeks of the tour upcoming-depending on the tour expenses I've paid out, I will ask for 50% of the shoot fees because this is my career and I have already paid out for flights etc.
(If touring Canada then I expect 100% of the shoot fees if cancelled, due to the price of the flights and accommodation)
